Building Relationships

You will reap the benefits of massage if it becomes a regular part of your life. My goal is for us to work together to take better care of your health, long-term.

Enhancing The Quality of Life

I help clients  improve their quality of life by eliminating pain, increasing their range of motion, removing lactic acid, and improve blood-flow. When our muscles are working effectively and efficiently, it will help our bodies return to a normal state of homeostasis.  When my clients feel better, they do better whether in the weight room, cycling, running, boxing, walking, and golfing!

Migraine Massage

Are you looking for instant Migraine or Headache relief?

Massage Therapy has proven to be an effective measure for reducing chronic migraines and tension headaches. Research shows that professional therapeutic massage can decrease pain, tension, duration, intensity, and frequency of headaches.

Lymphatic Massage

Lymph Drainage Massage is a useful technique in treating lymphedema and other health conditions.  If you experience lymphedema after a mastectomy, which involves the removal of breast tissue to treat or prevent breast cancer, lymph drainage massage can help ease mild to moderate symptoms post-surgery. Anyone can reap the benefits of a manual lymphatic drainage massage.  This type of modality encourages the natural drainage of lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back to the heart.
